Tour a Bushwick One Bedroom

Today, we’re touring a Bushwick one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in the heart of the neighborhood. With top-shelf tacos served in buildings seeped in industrial history and enough nightlife to set Friday’s plans on shuffle every weekend, Bushwick is home to our new property at 10 Palmetto Street. Of the many neglected buildings we’ve shined into diamonds, Palmetto Street is just one of our many exclusive listings at primary Brooklyn spots. Whatever size and spot, we’ve got an apartment to tour.

Ample Living Space in this Bushwick One Bedroom

Bushwick One BedroomThe front door opens into the living space with an exposed brick accent wall and large window. Turn right for the bathroom with seriously dreamy tiles, but turn left into the open living space.

Who said that living alone has to be lonely? With this much space, get ready to entertain. Whether you’re a party animal, a board game fiend or a host of sophisticated salons, this Bushwick one bedroom is built for company. A big dining table fits adjacent to the kitchen for formal get together or double up the comfy seating space by extending the living room further. Either way, there’ll be natural light and all the necessary floor space for whatever the evening holds.

Sleek Stainless KitchenBushwick One Bedroom

Whether an amateur chef or a takeout connoisseur, the kitchen is exactly what’s needed with large stainless steel appliances. Plus, there’s a dishwasher and microwave so clean up is a breeze and leftovers come out hot. Keep cookware tidy with lots of cabinets for storage.

There’s plenty of space facing the kitchen for a dining table, but there’s no shame ending up on the couch in front of Love is Blind anyways.

Bushwick One Bedroom

For anyone who pushes laundry day back until the last minute, there’s no risk of anyone mocking that one, special washing day t-shirt that somehow still fits because there’s in-unit laundry with loads of storage space to top it off. Keep on hoarding those t-shirts, there’s even more room with a built-in closet in the bedroom, too. More clothes means less laundry, after all.

In fact, when it comes to the glass door shower and trendy hexagon bathroom tiles, clothes might not be necessary at all.

Pin-Worthy BathroomBushwick One Bedroom

Hang some eucalyptus over the shower head and it’s fit for a Pinterest photo. With such a roomy bathroom, who can blame you if you want to take your time getting ready in the morning?

Last, but never least, the one bedroom features another big window and plenty of space for starfish sleepers. Sleep in late before walking to brunch at Cafe on Ralph’s or opt to stay in and have the country avocado toast delivered. Bless Caviar, right?

Whatever is happening, keep cool with air conditioning units and block-long walk to the JZ subway line for a no sweat commute. That’s right, a no sweat commute even in the dog days of New York summer! And speaking of dogs, deck space makes this pet-friendly space perfect for a leashed loved one. No fur babies will be left behind.
